ABC Teachers are exclusively recruiting for a sought-after primary school in Sutton Coldfield, north Birmingham for a KS1 teacher to join their team in September 2019. The role will be full-time, and the year group will be decided when the right candidate is found. The school are ideally looking to recruit someone permanently for this position.

The successful candidate must:

o Deliver and maintain a creative and challenging education 

o Demonstrate excellent KS1 curriculum knowledge

o Have a team player approach

o Demonstrate a passion towards pupil development

o Be consistent in maintaining high standards

o Be able to identify, target and cater for individual learning needs

The Head is ideally looking to recruit an NQT, however experienced teachers will be equally considered for this position. This will initially be a temporary contract and the school are looking to employ someone permanently from December 2019. 

What to do next:

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in ‘Child Workforce’ which must be registered on The Update Service. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you. 

We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
