Wyvil Primary School is an exciting and innovative school situated in the centre of London, based across three buildings. We have two mainstream sites with integrated resource base classes for children with Autism and Speech and Language needs, and an Autism Resource Base in Kennington.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated phase leader to lead collaboratively across our inclusive and ambitious team.


As phase leader, you will:

  • As phase leader, you will:  be willing to share best practice and support others to deliver exceptional learning opportunities for all children through a variety of strategies including coaching;
  • have consistently high expectations of yourself and your team so that behaviour, inclusivity and children’s learning are of the highest standard;
  • be prepared to use your initiative to support and challenge all children and adults;
  • contribute effectively to senior leadership and whole school development;
  • be prepared to work flexibly as part of a collaborative partnership;
  • drive strategic change by being forward thinking, reflective and aspirational.
