Reception pupils achieved 91.7% GLD (Good Level of Development) in 2018.(Brent: 69.8%, National 71.5%)
In Year 1 97.2% of pupils achieved their Phonics Screening Pass in 2018.(Brent: 82.9%, National 82.5%)
KS1 (Year 2) SATs 2018: 88.6% of pupils achieved expected level or above in Reading, Writing and Maths.(Brent: 64.3%, National 65.3%) Reading: 93.2% at or above expected with 52.3% at Greater Depth.
Writing: 88.6% at or above expected with 50% at Greater Depth.
Maths: 90.9% at or above expected with 59.1% at Greater Depth.

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who will join a dynamic and committed team to teach English/Science at KS1. We have a strong academic ethos at ELPS and the children enjoy specialist teaching from Year 3 onwards. The successful applicant will have expertise in English, be well organised and will actively support the KS2 leader to further develop excellent learning across the school. You will be expected to contribute to the vibrant programme of support provided to all pupils. The right candidate will be committed to driving standards and ensuring that every child is challenged to achieve the aspirational targets we set for all children to achieve.
East Lane Primary School
East Lane Primary School is a newly set up school within the Wembley Multi Academy Trust. We moved to our brand new state-of-the-art building in April 2016 and the school continues to grow year on year as the roll expands. We provide a dynamic working environment and are constantly looking for ways in which to improve the achievement of our pupils. We currently are setting up a new secondary school. As a growing Multi Academy Trust, we provide a diverse workplace with lots of opportunities for the development of teachers and leaders.
