ABC Teachers are working closely alongside a school in Leicester that is looking for a KS1 Teacher for 2/3 days a week from Easter.
The School has an inspired and gifted team of staff who are motivated towards providing a broad and balanced curriculum. The school aim for children to develop socially and academically. The school is part of an academy who are striving to become a first rate educational environment, with the best facilities, the best teaching and the most up to date resources available.
The role will begin immediately following Easter and run until the end of the academic year. The school is rated “good” by Ofsted and the school has ambitions to be rated “outstanding” by its next inspection.
To achieve this measure, the school would like to appoint organised and committed teachers who want to form part of a strong team pushing for progress. The class has 25 well-behaved pupils with a willingness to learn. The role will include whole classroom based work and working with small groups.
Suitable candidates will need:
• QTS status
• Confident classroom practitioner
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• In-date Enhanced DBS check
