ABC teachers are looking to recruit a full time teacher to start on a temporary part time contract in the Hall Green area of south Birmingham. The role will be working with a large Year 1 class where you will have the benefit of the schools impressive modern resources at your disposal.

The role will require a teacher who has strong behaviour management skills, can engage with the class as a whole and someone who can work well as a team player. You will have up to date knowledge of the national curriculum and you will act as a positive role model to all. With a growing number of EAL students coming to the school, you will be able to cater to individual needs and you will have the ability to ensure each child is challenged on a daily basis. 

The role will be on a rolling temporary basis until the end of the summer term, and the school are ideally looking to take someone on a permanent role for September 2018.

What to do next:

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost.  At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you. 

We will need to gain academic references to cover the last 12 months, one of which must be a school based reference. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
