You will have:
The knowledge and skills to empower children to achieve the highest standards of achievement and attainment;

The drive and energy to teach pupils, and ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet their varying learning and social needs;
Good understanding of current theory and best practice in teaching and learning, particularly as it relates to achieving high rates of progress of children of primary age.
