KS2 Teacher and KS2 Leader

The Executive Principal and Governors of Holbeach Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a new member of staff to lead in KS2. The successful applicant will be an outstanding and experienced KS2 teacher, who is highly motivated with in depth knowledge and experience of the KS2 curriculum.
 

The successful applicant will be:

· Able to demonstrate strong management and leadership skills in order to lead a team of KS2 staff across teams.

· Be a team player and a good leader 

· Have first class communication skills 

· Be passionate about helping all children succeed and a proven track record of success.

· Well organised, self-led and recognises the need to be highly organised.

We are seeking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Phase Leader who:-

· Will be an excellent classroom practitioner who has high expectations of themselves and others and is passionate about all children to achieve success

· Is experienced in working in KS2 

· Has an outstanding knowledge of curriculum content for KS2 with the ability to lead others in securing successful learning for all children.
