Job overview

We are currently working alongside a small school located in the heart of Erdington to source the right candidate for a full time KS2 post from September. 

The position will involve a full class based role in either Year 4 or 5 for a full academic year from September 2017. The right candidate will be responsible for all of the elements of teacher such as; planning, assessments, staff meeting, parents evenings assessments etc. This position offers great potential with the school running frequent training days and will place the candidate on courses to help their ongoing development. 

The school is a small two form entry located in Erdington, is a focal point in the local community as it is highly renowned as the best primary school in the area. SLT have promised for any NQT’s will be put through their full NQT year and given as much support as needed to succeed.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

· Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa) 

· Must hold relevant teaching qualifications (Bachelor of Education / PGCE) 

· Have previous experience teaching the UK curriculum 

· Have recent classroom experience as teacher in the UK (essential)

· Be confident in using ICT in their professional role 

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

· Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
