ABC teachers are working exclusively with a large school in Stechford, Birmingham to recruit a part time Year 5 teacher to join their team from Easter half term.
The school itself is a large 3 form entry which has a dedicated and hard-working team of staff who maintain the school as a consistent and creative learning environment for all the pupils who attend here.
The Head is ideally looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic teacher who can engage with pupils of all abilities. You will be working on a job share basis, 0.6 contract, and you will be required to communicate effectively with the relevant class teachers and phase leaders. You will be adaptable, organised and willing to share your ideas and expertise for the benefit of the children.
This is a long term role which will continue until the end of the academic year, and could turn into a permanent role for September 2019.

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.
We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
