ABC Teachers are recruiting exclusively for a busy school in Erdington, Birmingham for a full time KS2 teacher. The position will be starting in September 2019 and the year group will be decided depending on the successful applicant.
The school has most recently been recognised as ‘good’ by Ofsted and benefits from a dedicated team who work hard to maintain a safe, secure and supportive environment for all pupils to learn and flourish.
This position will be full time, with full planning and classroom responsibilities will be expected, and will initially be a temporary role, with a view for this to turn permanent in the future.
The successful candidate must be a creative and forward-thinking teacher who can adapt to pupil needs and focus on development. You will demonstrate excellent KS2 curriculum knowledge and have a passion for good teaching practise.

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in ‘Child Workforce’ which must be registered on The Update Service. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.
We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
