ABC Teachers are working with a fantastic primary school in the south area of Solihull, to recruit a full time Year 5 teacher from Easter half term on a long-term basis. The position will be covering a maternity contract and will continue for a minimum of 9 months.
The school is a small but highly regarded primary which has a fantastic reputation and has been recognised as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted on more than one occasion. The school benefits from both indoor and outdoor facilities and you will be able to utilise these to enhance your learning and teaching.
The Head is looking to recruit a teacher who:
Has valid QTS
Can demonstrate a clear understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum
Will actively contributes towards best practise
Thrive as part of a hard-working team and have excellent interpersonal skills
Can identify and target individual learning needs
Will be consistent in maintaining a positive and supportive environment for all your pupils
Has the highest expectations of yourself and your class
Please note that only candidates who are available full time, and for a long-term contract, will be considered for this position.

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.
