A Swadlincote primary school is looking for a key stage two teacher to take on a year 6 class for the autumn term. The vacancy is on a part time basis via a job share, so the school are looking to fill 3 days per week ideally with the same teacher. The school have said “We are seeking to appoint a new member of staff to join our team of committed Teachers on our remarkable journey in contributing to the achievement of our vision in ensuring all children reach their full potential”.

The school has previously had vacancies in its KS2 classes including both ta and teacher roles, which I have filled and every time they have offered the candidate a full time position at the school. According to the head the school’s key ethos is that they aim to set high standards of respect, courtesy and encourage hard work for all children and adults. The school itself is near to the main public transport areas of Swadlincote and has its own staff parking area for those using a private car.

The post is temporary and as it is only 3 days per week the school is happy to consider applications from both experienced and newly-qualified teachers.
