Monday to Friday Mornings Only - 19.5 hours per week

The Vale Primary Academy are looking to appoint a temporary part time KS2 teacher to join their academy in September 2019 to teach Y6 pupils in small groups.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious and caring. You must have a professional approach to work, joining our committed staff at our well established and active academy. 

The successful candidate will:

• be an excellent practitioner;

• have the knowledge and experience to teach Key Stage 2;

• be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved.

This post would suit either newly qualified or more experienced teachers.

The Vale Primary Academy caters for just over 250 boys and girls between the ages of three and 11. The school is situated on the boundary of Knottingley and Ferrybridge, three miles from Pontefract and four miles from Castleford.
