We are seeking an inspirational teacher of economics who has a creative and innovative approach to teaching and who is passionate about their subject. You should be willing to promote your subject in the wider school community and have a strong interest (and track record) of promoting/communicating the relevance of the subject in contemporary society. In addition, you will have demonstrated a creative approach to collaboration with other Humanities subjects. You will be an outstanding teacher and have a successful record of accomplishment in securing student progress at IGCSE and IB. The ability to offer a second subject, such as business, would be an advantage.
You will be expected to run and offer a programme of enrichment and clubs both in and outside of the school day. You will be keen to create external partnerships with locally based global companies in order to bring relevance to your subject in the working world.

About Prague British International School, Kamýk
Prague British International School is a new school formed by the merger of the English International School Prague and the Prague British School. EISP and PBS have a long history in the city, founded in 1992 and 1995 respectively, both schools provide education for Prague's local and international community, educating children aged 2-18 years using the English National Curriculum, IB Diploma Programme and IB Careers Programme.
Located on three campuses, Vlastina (Prague 6) for EYFS to Year 9, Kamyk (Prague 4) for EYFS to Year 9 and Libus (Prague 4) for Year 10 to Year 13. Each location is a purpose-built site on the outskirts of the city centre. Each site has modern classrooms, great IT facilities, sports hall and expansive sports fields.
