Salary fringe area – MPS/UPS plus TLR2a (£35,204 - £47,839 plus £3,214)

 

Slough and Eton is looking for an experienced teacher to join our English Department as our KS5 Coordinator. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the English Literature A Level (currently Edexcel) scheme of work and the training and development of the other A Level teachers under the oversight of the Curriculum Leader for English. You will have experience of teaching English Literature A Level and will teach English across KS3, 4 and 5.


The new member of this teams needs to be a qualified English teacher with a love of English and reading. If that’s you then you will need to be hardworking and dedicated to ensuring that students of all abilities can success and, crucially, a great classroom teacher. We have an excellent team comprising of a great mix of experience and recently qualified or training staff. English is a successful subject at KS4 and KS5. The curriculum areas is in a dedicated suite of classrooms and benefits from access to the latest Clevertouch interactive technology.

 

This vacancy is not suitable for ECTs.
