Applications are invited for the post of Laboratory Technician. The post is 37 hours a week, term time only plus 5 training days (185 days). Applicants should ideally be experienced technicians (not necessarily in an educational environment) and will be at least the holder of a Science qualification (at A level or equivalent) with some laboratory experience.
Batley Grammar School is a 4-16 Free School (Academy) with an auspicious 400 year history, (one of the first former independent schools to convert). Current numbers in the school are 208 in Reception to Year 6 in the Primary Phase and 682 in Years 7-11 in the Secondary Phase. The school is increasing until secondary numbers reach a maximum of 800.
