Language Teacher to offer French, Spanish & Latin
Salcombe Preparatory School has been providing an outstanding education for over 100 years to the children in Southgate, North London. We are a well-established, thriving Preschool, Pre-Prep and Preparatory School for children from 3 to 11 years. Classes are small and the school maintains high academic standards. The school is part of the Cognita Schools group and as such this opportunity offers the chance to join an organisation committed to staff development and collaboration across our school communities.
We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and dynamic language teacher to join our enthusiastic team at this forward-looking, unique School. This creative and innovative teacher should have the highest standards of pastoral care and is able to extend our children beyond the National Curriculum as the children love to learn here.
This position offers the chance to specialise in teaching French and Spanish to children from Nursery to Year 6 and Latin to Years 5 & 6. You will be expected to run an after school language club and to lead an annual residential trip to either France or Spain. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who can inspire and challenge our pupils with a proven track record of success in raising standards and in exciting teaching.
