All Hallows Catholic High School is a flourishing, high achieving and oversubscribed 11-16 high school. It is well known for its high standards of pupil behaviour and academic success. It is a popular choice for families in the local community each year and has a roll of 912. The February 2023 OFSTED Inspection reported: This is an outstanding school and awarded an Outstanding Grade in every category. In addition, the school was also awarded an Outstanding Grade in its Catholic School Inspection conducted by the Archdiocese of Liverpool in January 2025. “Staff and students fully understand the mission statement of ‘growing together in the spirit of Christ’s love’ and use it as an inspiration and guide in their daily lives.”

The Governors wish to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Lay Chaplain at All Hallows Catholic High School. The successful candidate will lead the spiritual life of the school and accompany staff and pupils on their faith journey.

Applicants are invited to submit a supporting statement of no more than two sides of A4, addressing their suitability for the post.
