We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, helping them develop positive behaviours, build confidence, and thrive in a learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to students with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties.
- Support students in managing their behaviour and developing strategies for success.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, parents and external agencies.
- Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Be an active member of the Safeguarding Team in the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build positive relationships and manage challenging behaviour.
