LEAD CATERING MANAGER
BAND 10 £23,819.60 - £26,146 per annum
37 hours per week, Term Time only plus 10 days
Required for September 2019, or sooner, an enthusiastic, well-qualified Lead Catering Manager. This new post has arisen due to the academy taking on the management of their own catering provision.
The successful candidate will take on the opportunity to deliver an efficient catering service, operating to budget and to high standards of food safety.
The post holder will carry out duties including, branding and promotion of the service, food preparation, service and other kitchen management duties such as supervision of staff, ordering of food, stock taking and administration.
The Governing Body are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service and additional recruitment checks.
