Job Title: Lead Clinician – Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Syon Grange and Colne Grange, London (covering both sites)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 DOE + £5,000 Welcome Bonus (Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of £2,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of £2,500 upon completion of your final probation period. T&C's apply
Hours: 37.5/week (Term-time only or flexible full-time options available)
Contract: Permanent

About the schools:
Syon Grange and Colne Grange are part of Options Autism, providing specialist day education for young people aged 16–25. You’ll work closely with SLT and our Regional Clinical Lead to drive high standards and outcomes.
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist (BSc or MSc)
- Experience with autism and/or complex needs
- Skilled in clinical supervision and team support
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Strong clinical report writing skills

Syon Manor College is an independent, a high-quality learning and skills provider supporting young people aged 16 to 25.
