SO1 SCP 23-25 £24,496 - £26,845

Actual Salary £21,069- £23,089

Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 5 Days

Boston Spa Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Lead Cover Supervisor. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. You will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities and provide short- and medium-term cover for teachers where required.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant status (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience of working as a Cover Supervisor within the setting applied for.
• A Good understanding of child development and learning processes
