The Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust (ODST) is seeking to appoint a full time Lead Education Officer to support its growing family of schools.
With 38 schools across Oxfordshire and Berkshire, all of which cover at least part of the primary phase, we are seeking a full-time Lead Education Officer to support the ODST family.
About the role:
Working closely as part of a small central team you will:
- Play a lead role in continuing to develop and evolve our school improvement strategy to deliver consistently strong outcomes for pupils.
- Work closely with the SLT, Trustees and other stakeholders to deliver the strategic vision of the Trust and inspire and empower others to share in achieving it.
- Undertake operational responsibilities with a focus across all member and any prospective schools.
About you:
This is a great opportunity for an individual with a track record in school improvement, probably at head teacher/senior leadership level, or with recent advisory experience. You will be passionate about enabling children to be the best they can, and a strong team player, able to influence, challenge and inspire.
