Lead Exam Invigilators

Bentley Wood is an outstanding school, as confirmed by Ofsted in all 5 categories in May 2012, where girls achieve their best.

Taking external examinations is one of the most important steps in a young person’s education. We require people of the highest calibre to lead our examinations.

We are seeking candidates who can:

  •  effectively lead a team
  • rigorously and consistently follow examination procedures
  • use accurate judgement and common sense
  • operate calmly under pressure

Candidates are required to be: flexible, firm but fair, reliable and punctual. Training will be provided. Candidates are required during exam periods for approximately 15 weeks per year especially May/June.

“Bentley Wood is an outstanding school which is highly inclusive. Achievement is outstanding. Students’ progress is exceptional, resulting in above average attainment. This is especially strong in English, and their specialist status subjects, in particular mathematics and science.” (OFSTED May 2012).

Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
