Required as soon as possible.
Governors wish to appoint an outstanding colleague with the desire to contribute to the aspiration of our students, supporting and leading colleagues in securing positive engagement and outcomes for all.
The Lead LSA for Inclusion would be an essential middle leader, working to lead a team of dedicated staff to create, contribute, deliver and ensure the implementation of strategic provision for students requiring personalised pathways. This strategic provision includes the re-engagement of students into education following absence or disruption. You would work with a team of senior leaders, coordinating, directing and implementing packages of work to facilitate where possible a successful reintegration to mainstream provision.
You will be afforded the opportunity to initiate change and improvement and support colleagues in their development journey. This can be an immensely rewarding role, allowing you to use your initiative and to impact upon the lives of some of our most vulnerable young people.
The post is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 days.
The post is subject to a 6 month probationary period.
Closing date - 9am Thursday 5 December 2019.
Interested candidates should download the Mount St Mary's Non Teaching Application form and Rehabilitation of Offenders form and return it to email@example.com by 9am on Thursday 5 December 2019.
