Are you a passionate and experienced early year’s practitioner ready to take the next step? Cumnor House School is looking for a confident and inspirational practitioner to join our dedicated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead teaching and learning within a vibrant and supportive early year’s environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality EYFS provision, supporting the development of every child in your class, and leading a team of practitioners to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Who are you?

You are an experienced and confident early year’s practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning. You have a strong understanding of the EYFS and are committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential. You naturally take a lead role in the classroom, modelling outstanding practice and supporting colleagues to develop and grow.

You are organised, reflective, and professional, with excellent communication skills and a nurturing approach. You thrive in a busy environment and are motivated by creating inspiring learning experiences that build children’s confidence, independence and curiosity. You are also committed to working closely with parents and carers to build strong partnerships and support each child’s development.
