Position: Lead Practitioner

Minimum Experience: 4 years
Role Overview:
As the Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for teaching standards across multiple classes. You will lead curriculum development initiatives, support teaching staff with best practices, and ensure consistent academic progress across the year groups.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ teaching experience within the UK curriculum at elementary/primary level
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks
- Previous experience as a Subject Coordinator, Head of Year, or Mentor to new teachers
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school leadership
- Ability to analyze student data to inform teaching strategies and improve outcomes
- Skilled in mentoring colleagues and facilitating professional development sessions
