Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher with a proven track record. The post would suit a teacher who has either gained Advanced Skills Status or is able to show that they meet the standards. The ability to teach to KS5 is essential and the ability to teach English or Mathematics would be desirable. A significant part of the Lead Practitioner role will be working across the school to raise standards of Teaching and Learning.
Abbotsfield School is a truly inclusive school that embraces all aspects of comprehensive education. The curriculum is well balanced and reflects the needs of the boys and the local community in that we cater for the academic and the vocational.
The school is a Specialist School in Mathematics and Computing with Applied Learning as a second specialism.
