About You:
As Lead Practitioner for Maths you'll be at the forefront of driving mathematical excellence across all key stages, ensuring every student develops a strong foundation in numeracy skills. Our Ideal candidate would have:
· Qualified Teacher Status
· A genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every student
· Enthusiasm for supporting the pedagogical improvement of colleagues through coaching
· An in depth understanding of great teaching and the ability to support others to improve

Our senior leadership team at The Hart School are a strong team of ten professionals who are passionate about creating an inspiring, positive, and safe environment for the students. Under the guidance of the Principal, Miss Sandham, The Hart School has over 150 adults working for the benefit of our students.
