The successful candidate will work with colleagues in the Geography department as well as playing a significant role in the strategic direction of teaching and learning across the whole College in all subject areas. This will include leading and planning whole-College CPD sessions. This is an ideal role as a stepping-stone to senior leadership with the opportunity to demonstrate real impact. The successful candidate will be part of a team that drives improvement through whole College INSET and CPD sessions.
