We are looking for 2 Lead Practitioners to join Haven High Academy. Lead Practitioners will implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for learners and ensure delivery of high-quality teaching and learning for which the teacher is accountable. They will lead on specific responsibilities within the department and drive high quality teaching and learning strategies across the subject area through coaching and developing staff to maximise learner outcomes. They will have responsibility for developing the skills of the department into a team of excellent teachers. The 2 roles available are:

·        Lead Practitioner - English

·        Lead Practitioner - Mathematics
