Are you an outstanding classroom teacher with the potential to operate as a Lead Practitioner at our school?

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Lead Practitioner to join our team at a time of significant change and opportunity. 

In this role you will be improving student outcomes and engagement by ensuring high quality teaching and learning is consistent across the Faculty.  You will take a lead role, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other Lead Practitioners in developing, implementing and evaluating  policies and practice.  

You will be joining a school that recently moved to the Sigma Trust, a large local trust of schools.
