About the Role
As Lead Practitioner of Mathematics, you will:
Champion outstanding teaching and learning in mathematics across all key stages
Model exemplary classroom practice and support colleagues to continually improve
Lead on curriculum development, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and inclusive
Use data intelligently to raise achievement and close gaps
Inspire a love of mathematics in every student
