The role
Brinsworth Academy is seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Lead Practitioner of Maths with a proven track record of excellence in the classroom.
You will play a leading and highly visible role in the improvement of teaching and learning across the faculty, ensuring the highest standards of educational practice and student achievement.
The successful candidate will bring skills and qualities that compliment an already established positive and hardworking team. With a proven track record of good or outstanding results, you will demonstrate a clear commitment to the role, working alongside the Assistant Headteacher and the wider school team. This role will provide a real platform for the successful candidate to gain insight and experience towards senior leadership.

Brinsworth Academy is a 2022 Ofsted "Good" 11-18 academy, situated near Rotherham in South Yorkshire. There are 1,435 students on the academy roll, including over 200 students in the sixth form.
