Ripplevale Rochester is an independent School and College provision, for 8 to 25 year olds with Autism as a primary need.

We are recruiting for a new and exciting position, Lead Practitioner - Teaching and Learning. You will play a vital role in the leadership of Teaching and Learning across the school and college at Ripplevale Rochester. The Lead Practitioner will coach, support and inspire teachers to be the best classroom practitioners that they can be. You will also be responsible for shaping and delivering professional development, modelling best practice, in-class coaching and co-planning and delivery of the lessons in the curriculum, all in the support of ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.

This is a one year position in the first instance.

The successful candidate will have proven success in driving standards, be committed to the pursuit of excellence and be able to establish systems and procedures to develop Teaching and Learning, in particular across the Secondary phase.

About Ripplevale School - Rochester

Trinity School, Rochester is an independent day school specialises in the teaching of dyslexic, dyspraxic and language-impaired children aged 6 to 16 years old.
 

Set in a Georgian town house near the historic heart of Rochester, Kent, Trinity School was established in 1998. The school aims to combine a positive, supportive environment with an educational curriculum which has been specifically designed for children with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Specific Learning and Language Difficulties.
