The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent teaching and learning, and the ability to teach up to A-Level is highly desirable, due to the continued popularity of our subject in the Sixth Form. 

The Chemistry department runs smoothly and our students achieve well. Staff benefit from a positive working environment with strong support for professional development and 3 specialist Chemistry laboratories within a science area comprising 11 laboratories, fully equipped for high quality teaching and learning. We are further supported by a Chemistry technician.
