St Paul’s Way Trust School is seeking to appoint an outstanding, creative and strategic Lead Practitioner for Personal Development to work with the School of Education and the pastoral teams.
Personal development is a key vehicle for developing students’ confidence, resilience, wellbeing and their ability to navigate their way through complex situations. The personal development / PSHE curriculum is core to these goals. The successful candidate will have a clear vision and will work closely with the pastoral team and a range of external agencies to develop, deliver and evaluate a truly exceptional personal development, SRE curriculum and enrichment programme in the school and in other partner schools. This is an outstanding career opportunity for a colleague who is passionate about the entitlement of young people to a unique, rich and varied learning experience.
You will be an outstanding classroom teacher, with an unwavering belief in the potential of every learner, and you will have a contagious enthusiasm that motivates both staff and students and a track record of achieving strong academic results.
This outstanding opportunity will also allow candidates to work within St Paul’s Way Trust’s ‘School of Education’ and alongside other lead practitioners in the school, developing staff subject pedagogy, innovating curriculums across all key stages and monitoring the quality of student provision.
