Job overview
Due to the expanding curriculum, we are looking to appoint a Lead Practitioner of Science. The successful candidate will lead their chosen scientific field whilst creating strategies to improve teaching practice in order to raise student standards and progress.
The successful candidate will share best practice of Teaching & Learning and Pedagogy across the department and support the Curriculum Leader with the Performance Management process and mentoring of ITT's and ECT's. Experience of teaching KS5 is desirable.

How are staff supported?
All staff are supported in both their career progression and aspirations, from tailored CPD to coaching and mentoring programmes, and also with their wellbeing.
