Job overview

We are seeking an outstanding teacher and aspiring Lead Practitioner to fill a newly created Trust post, to support the future development of our schools. Initially assigned to a specific school within the Samuel Ward Academy Trust, but with flexibility to work across the Trust as required. You will play a key role, both in coaching staff to help individual schools achieve ambitious targets and goals and to participate more widely in the Trust's action research activities.
