We are seeking an exceptional Lead Practitioner of Science to join our thriving academy and play a key role in shaping the future of Science teaching across our all-through setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and inspiring Science specialist who wants to lead by example in the classroom, drive innovation in pedagogy, and support colleagues to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.

As a Lead Practitioner, you will model excellent practice, coach and mentor staff, and work collaboratively to raise achievement and engagement in Science from Year 7 to Year 11. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team that is committed to curiosity, creativity, and challenge in every lesson.
