Do you want to make a real difference to the life chances of students and the communities we serve? If so, we are looking for a Lead Practitioner in Spanish to join our forward-thinking team. Opportunities to join our Castle View School team are increasing as we are a thriving school and the school of choice for our Canvey Island community.

This is a fantastic opportunity, which will also allow you to work with our Chief Executive Officer, who was an advanced skills teacher of MFL and within a trust wide network with a strategic priority to raise the profile of MFL.

You will support the Director of Learning for MFL who has had a significant impact on languages to date. The successful candidate will support leaders on MFL to take it further still. We are also part of the NCLE Languages Hub, working collaboratively with the Anglo European School.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Lead Practitioner of Spanish, who will enjoy working in a school that values and delivers excellent professional development. The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students through their passion for the subject and have a firm belief in the potential of all students.

You must be committed to providing a quality education and experience for all and will need to excel in your classroom practice.
