We are taking the opportunity to increase our capacity to develop our practice and you are invited to join us on our continuing journey. In this leadership position, you will have a dual role. As well as playing a lead role within your own specialist curriculum area, you will also be part of an enthusiastic Learning and Teaching Team, having a whole school influence: modelling the very best practice, coaching and mentoring and inducting new teachers, supporting teachers who want to be outstanding or who may  occasionally experience difficulties.     

We are in a position to be able to recruit outstanding teachers from any subject specialism but priority will be given to teachers whose subject specialism is: Science, Geography or Computing and Business.
