Are you a dynamic, confident, and independent professional with a passion for developing opportunities for young people? We are seeking a Lead Practitioner to take our Work Related Learning Programme to the next level and help shape the future for our students. Directly interacting with local employers, you will play a key role in creating, building and expanding partnerships, creating a wide range of diverse work-related learning opportunities. You will focus on networking, skill development, and be instrumental in preparing our students for success beyond school. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

About the Role
You will:
• Coordinate and manage internal and external work placements
• Lead, plan, and deliver an inclusive high-quality work-related learning programme for post-16 learners
• Build and maintain positive links with local employers and external partners
• Fulfil the role of a job coach part of the week and oversee and support job coaches, as well as contribute to classroom learning for post-16 students
• Track student progress, support preparation for adulthood, and champion inclusion for all

What We Are Looking For
• At least two years’ experience in an educational setting and a background in Work Related Learning
• Experience of supporting young people with a range of special educational needs
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Positive, flexible approach and ability to motivate others
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
