An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated team member to join our busy Excellence and Improvement Team. You will have good attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence College Staff as well as effectively communicate with awarding bodies and other relevant stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a robust knowledge of effective Internal and External Quality Assurance processes and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Applicants must have experience of planning and implementing an effective quality assurance schedule. The role will support the college quality assurance and improvement strategy through the completion of teaching and learning observations and work review activity, so possession of a teaching qualification will be essential to the role the successful candidate.
Applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of contemporary approaches to quality improvement in education.
The role will involve close working with a range of College departments and external partners, and the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Previous experience of working in a quality assurance coordinator role is essential, and you must hold TAQA or equivalent assessing and verification qualifications.
