Smart Teachers are currently recruiting for Secondary Teachers of a variety of subjects for our client school located in Sydney’s inner city. This independent school caters for young people who would benefit from a more individual learning experience in the classroom rather than attending a mainstream school.
About the Role:
- Leader Teacher (ideally a Teacher of Maths, Science, English, Computers or TAS)
- Years 11 and 12
- Full time, permanent role
- Position to commence January 2018
- Working with one class of 20 students and a co-teacher

About You:
In order to be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification in Secondary Education (recognised in Australia)
- Have experience with students with emotional issues
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Be registered, or have the ability to be registered with New South Wales Education Standards Authority & Working With Children Check
- Possess current and relevant references
