Lead Teacher

An enthusiastic, innovative and joyful Lead Teacher is required for our small independent SEN school in Macclesfield 

Are you experienced in motivating and engaging pupils, through alternative and inclusive practice to support pupil outcomes and improve the social, emotional, mental health and well-being of children that are socially and academically disadvantaged by their life experiences?

• Eden School requires an aspiring education lead to support the head teacher and on site home manager in running the education provision for a small therapeutic SEMH school with 8 pupil places.
• You will deliver learning across the curriculum, and lead the day to day operational, organisational and internal development of the education provision at Eden School.
• This will be a challenging, demanding but very rewarding role. Development and support will be provided from our senior leadership team and specialist education consultant. 

Successful applicants will be required to meet the criteria within the person specification to be considered for this position.

 This position is subject to an enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
