Capital City Academy is seeking an inspirational Lead Teacher of Geography to join our thriving and exciting Humanities department. This role is key to developing teaching and learning within Geography at all key stages and would be taking over from our excellent lead teacher whilst she is on maternity leave. The Humanities department is creative and active in the life of Capital providing opportunities for students to debate, take field studies, deliver primary lessons and offer a wide KS4 & 5 curriculum. This role could start in September or January.

Our location
Located in the heart of Brent, North West London, we benefit from excellent transport links throughout our local area. Several tube lines are within walking distance and there are numerous bus routes for journeys across our capital. Many colleagues choose to drive to work and make use of our onsite car parks.
Our modern, dramatic glass building was designed by the world-renowned architect Norman Foster. Foster and Partners has been responsible for many iconic buildings, including Apple Park, Heathrow Terminal 2 and The Gherkin in the City of London.
We have exemplary facilities for our staff and students.
