Netherwood Advanced Learning Centre is an 11-16 opened in September 2012 in a brand new £35 million campus building.

To aid this, we are currently seeking to appoint an inspiring and creative Lead Teacher of Maths to join our supportive and rewarding department. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher looking to start and/or further their career, and join a forward thinking and innovative team.

This is a key role within the Maths department. The successful candidate will take responsibility for curriculum development, improving teaching and learning and raising standards in either Key Stage 3 or 4.

You will be:

  • A colleague with a history of teaching Maths to a high standard
  • An individual with evidence of significant contribution to curriculum development
  • Able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
  • Able to raise students expectations
