We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Careers and Employability to join our Academies. This key role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Careers Education Information & Guidance related activities throughout the Academies for students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong team ethic. A flexible attitude to work and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential, along with an ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and visitors to the school. The role will comprise of supporting Key Stage 3 students in areas surrounding aspiration and development, whilst at Key Stage 4 the role will include: providing careers guidance, organising internal speakers and our annual Careers Convention, organising off-site trips and opportunities and also maintaining both internal and external records in relation to careers and employment.

Previous careers experience is desirable along with proficiency in IT and establishing and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
