Leader of Data and Assessment (Science)

Laisterdyke Leadership Academy is a partnership between pupils, staff, parents and our wider stakeholder community. We are looking to appoint a Leader of Data and Assessment (Science) at this exciting time in the school’s life.  

You will:  

*  Be an outstanding teacher and an inspirational leader 

*  Be able to deliver teaching up to KS5 level 

*  Have a proven track record of success, and raising pupil attainment 

*  Lead on the planning of assessments in line with school policy and the taught curriculum 

*  Analyse data to compare DC outcomes against target grades and Appraisal measures 

*  Be organised, energetic and dedicated to making a difference 

*  Be committed to the Tauheedul ethos of high expectations 

*  Wholly support an inclusive culture with a strong focus on safeguarding
